Once you have a UCR NetID your UCR email should be available. BCOE has its own mail service hosted independently of campus’ offerings. For BCOE email you will need to create an ENGR account if you do not already have one.
The email address [username]@engr.ucr.edu is automatically associated with your ENGR account when it is created. BCOE students and faculty will have their ENGR email forwarded to their UCR email address by default. If you are a student or faculty member that is using our Exchange server, you can find the relevant connection details in the next section.
Your email address will be [username]@engr.ucr.edu. If you want your UCR email forwarded to your ENGR email, send an email to systems@engr.ucr.edu. You can add your mailbox to any client that supports Microsoft Exchange, this includes; Outlook for Windows, Outlook for macOS, and most default mail apps on mobile devices. In the Connect to the BCOE Exchange Server guide there are instructions for how to setup access to your email in various applications.
